Prep Inspection

Visual Assessment: A thorough visual inspection of the vehicle to identify areas that need special attention, such as heavy dirt buildup, tar spots, bug splatter, and other contaminants.

Documentation: Document any pre-existing damage or notable features that require special care during the detailing process.

Contact Wash

Wheels and Tires: Applying a dedicated wheel cleaner to break down brake dust and road grime. Use specialized brushes to clean the wheels, tires, and wheel wells thoroughly.

Pre-foam: To prevent micro-marring from pressure washing superficial dirt on the vehicle's paint. Lifting dirt and grime from the paint before the contact wash with a two-bucket method to minimize the chance of micro-marring.

Decontamination and Drying

Chemical Decontamination: Applying iron remover to dissolve iron particles and other bonded contaminants. Let it dwell for a few minutes before rinsing off.

Clay Bar Treatment: Use a clay bar or clay mitt with a lubricant to remove embedded contaminants from the paint, leaving the surface smooth and ready for further detailing.

Light polish: To remove micro-marring from the Clay-bar process.

Wax/Sealant: Protection applied to have lasting protection for months whilst making it easy to maintain a quality finish.

Drying: Use a Rinse aid to add lubrication to safely dry the vehicle with an Autofiber Dreadnaught towel.
